About Erick Rarick

I've spent the last 14 years working in Performing Arts Technology (music meta-data database management, template websites, mobile apps, event promotion), a field that combines two of my passions.I'm also a professional musician and have sung with various church choirs and chamber ensembles over the last two decades.I enjoy being able to participate in the technology field through customer service, data entry, and content editing.In previous customer service related roles, I considered it my highest priority to answer support questions as quickly and courteously as possible and to resolve all issues.When faced with a challenge my first reaction is to research the topic and find the answer. I believe it is best to be honest and say “I don’t know, but I will find out.”I strive to make long-term commitments. My goal is to find an organization in which I can invest my time and devote my energy for the foreseeable future.
