Everything I do and believe contributes to improving education for students, teachers and the community. I improve education by coaching teachers and helping them grow so that they can be the best for our students. I also improve education by developing relationships with the community at large so that our students are able to impact beyond our school. Most importantly, I look for opportunities for our students to excel inside the classroom, in athletics and in our community at large. In all, this has helped me become the leader I am today.
