About Erickson Nascimento

I am currently on leave from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and working as a Computer Vision Architect for Microsoft. I received my B.S., M.S. and D.Sc degrees in Computer Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in 2005, 2008 and 2012 respectively. I was also a visiting researcher at the Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research (BAIR) of the University of California Berkeley from 07/2017 to 12/2018.My research interests include Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, and Graphics. I am working on low-level description for images and geometrical data, three-dimensional reconstruction and modeling, participating media, and hyperlapse for egocentric videos.
