While working for Yael Designs, I took up designing jewelry for the company. It started with just a few rings but now has expanded into over 50 completed pieces that are being sold around the country. I have produced one award-winning piece and I hope to have more soon.

In charge of all order management for a wholesale jewelry company. Duties involve monitoring best-selling inventory and trends in the market and placing repeat orders. I am in charge of managing the inventory of gold, diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones for all the projects. I work with customers on custom projects to visualize their dreams into beautiful pieces of jewelry. In addition to the processes involving the placing of orders, I monitor their progress and receive the finished orders - running QC on them to make sure they are up to the standards of perfection that we need and require. The position involves a great deal of trust to work with such high-value merchandise and inventory.

Residential remodeling company. My position entailed engaging customers and making sure all projects ran on schedule and followed building codes. Working with multiple project managers, in any given week I would need to visit between 20-40 work sites scattered from Vallejo to Morgan Hill; source specialty materials for specific projects, and visit city planning departments to get permits issued and file other paperwork.

While between full-time employment, I continued to work and keep myself busy by taking up a more entrepreneurial role. In this temporary role, I worked in the hospitality industry to oversee the closing 9 months of the Oakland location of a boutique hotel chain. Entry level customer support position for this company. Interacting with clients by phone, chat, and email. Learned every detail of the system and the customer experience while in this role which led to future promotions.

Here, my role was as a core team member responsible for analyzing risk for affiliate marketing programs for this generic pharmaceutical supply company. I evaluated affiliate marketing websites to ensure compliance with policies and governmental regulations. Also, I collaborated with clients and internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve organic page rank for company and affiliate sites. My key accomplishments included:~ Designed and maintained a niche social networking site for target customers and other blog sites that immediately improved company online presence and drove customer sales results through site advertisements.~ Provided data records and analytics tools to affiliates that strengthened revenues and customer retention rates. ~ Twice promoted from initial position in Customer Service for delivering superior performance.
