After Basic Military Training in Tekong, I was posted to Specialist Cadet School to undergo training for 9 months to be a full fledged Section Commander. After which, I was posted to 3SIR 18th Mono as a 1st Year Commander for my Section Commander tour and completed the rest of my National Service in this posting.My performance and attitute during my Section Commander tour gained the recognition of my Officer Commanding and Platoon Commanders where I was given the opportunity to attend the Basic Warfighter Course (Platoon Sergeant) to be promoted to 2SG and to undertake the role in the future as an NSman.National Serivice Milstones :Army High Readiness Standby ForceArmy Open HouseChief Of Army Change Of Command Parade

- Hands-on day to day accounting operations e.g. Process payment, invoicing- Perform month end process to ensure accurate and proper closing of books and record for Singapore management reports- Assist in coordination of annual audit request- Reconcile bank and inter-company activity and communicate settlement with related parties. Including accruals, recharges, intra-entity transactions and allocations- Maintain fixed asset register to ensure accurate input/update- Responsible for Trailer Commission receivable and payable- Any ad hoc reports as require from time to time

- Processing and closing of inbound cheques- Data entry into SOP in virtual desktop- Liaise with policyholders for any inquiries- Profit and Loss statement- Sending out of Tax Invoices to billed Policies- Morning report (cheques that are ready to be billed for the day)- Anti Money Laundering screening- ROP report monthly- Administrative Duties
