Starting in 1985 Mr. Lieberman managed the land use entitlement process at Loma Engineering in Ventura County.After graduating from CSUNorthridge in Mass Comm/business management he was recruited by the real estate law firm of Pircher Nichols and Meeks where he assisted in the due diligence for major real estate acquisitions and assisted with the approval of land use entitlements.In 1993 Mr. Lieberman created QES, Inc. and began his professional career as a land use entitlements consultant and political liaison. Until 1997 Mr. Lieberman assisted land developers in obtaining entitlements for approximately 75 development projects.In 1997 Mr. Lieberman was recruited by Kaufman and Broad as the Director of Forward Planning in the Greater Los Angeles Area Division. Mr. Lieberman organized and managed the acquisition and entitlement of master planned communities in Los Angeles, Ventura, Simi Valley, Camarillo and Santa Clarita. In 1999 Mr. Lieberman returned to QES, Inc. as President and CEO and has successfully obtained development approvals from the City of Los Angeles, and other municipalities, for more than 250 projects including single family subdivisions, multi-family condominium projects, mixed use, commercial, conversion developments, affordable and senior housing complexes. Mr. Liebreman’s client list includes Lennar Communities, Inc., Greystone Homes, AMCAL Housing, Inc., The Valencia Company, Los Angeles Archdioceses, KB Home, AMG and Associates among others. Individually, Mr. Lieberman successfully aquired and entitled a 25,000 square foot commercial property for a condominium development, obtained all necessary building permits and effectively sold the property as a packaged turn-key development.Specialties: Land Use Entitlements, Project Coordination and Management, Due Diligence, Governemental Relations.
