I specialize in energy efficiency in buildings and energy efficiency programs for utilities. I like to stretch our capabilities, start new things, and figure out hard problems for our clients. I'm the guy people turn to when something needs a creative solution, or it just needs to get done fast but correctly.I've sold and lead our studies that span building types from 80,000 square foot K-12 schools to multinational industrial facilities. I find the "bugs" in the HVAC systems - those things that cause significant problems and wreck utility bills. After finding the problems, I love working with people to make things happen. Finding opportunities to fix issues and save operational budgets is pointless if it doesn't get fixed. And they will bug me forever if they don't get corrected.I'm a lifelong learner, and each new challenge brings something exciting and interesting to the table. I know and excel at sales, engineering, programming, presentations, and about anything else that is required to get the job done.
