Energy Efficiency Account Manager
Current• Lead account management for Dominion Energy's utility efficiency programs targeting large and mid-sized commercial buildings across Virginia, serving as the primary liaison between facility managers and the utility.• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to engage key markets, significantly increasing program enrollment and customer engagement.• Promote and educate clients on the benefits of utility rebate programs, facilitating the adoption of energy-efficient practices and technologies.• Spearhead customer project management, maintaining a robust pipeline and ensuring projects adhere to strict timelines and quality standards.• Coordinate with engineers, subject matter experts, and utility staff to identify and implement energy efficiency opportunities, enhancing client satisfaction and program effectiveness.• Conduct comprehensive presentations to educate customers on program specifics and potential energy savings.• Manage project documentation, customer data tracking, and status reporting using CRM software and other database tools, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all program data.• Continuously build a strong funnel of ongoing projects and customer relationships, launching multiple successful energy projects and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for program optimization.
