Hired and led a highly motivated and high performing team of recruiters. As a passionate professional, I’m driven to create incredible customer experiences for prospective students. I have worked hands on with our marketing team to shape the value of our product offerings in the marketplace and reach the customer through targeted promotional strategies. Recruited and converted hundreds of MBA student leads through careful relationship management strategies. While delivering positive growth and driving consecutive year-over-year increases, I found the greater reward in exploring unique ways to connect and engage with students. In order to leverage new media strategies, I created and hosted a Facebook Live web series featuring current students and faculty, with many videos reaching over 10k views. I conducted virtual webinars for diverse national and international audiences, ran live face-to-face information sessions, and connected with students utilizing a multitude of platforms including Skype, WebEx, and Google Hangouts. Throughout this time, I traveled regionally, nationally, and internationally connecting with clients around the world.
