Animator of "La fresque du climat"."La fresque du climat" is is a fun, participatory and creative workshop on climate change.It encourages the rapid and widespread dissemination of a shared understanding of climate issues.

- Help management define and deploy the CSR strategy in all Group subsidiaries, in cooporation with the steering committee- Implement and monitor ESG performance indicators and control processes in order to measure actions taken- Coordinate and manage operational projects with the subsidiaries- Monitor technological and regulatory developments- Meet the Group's legal and CSR obligations- Annual reporting (CSRD compliance, taxonomy, etc.)- Educate and train employees in sustainable development issues- Develop internal and external communication campaingsI work with all departments to innovate on our CSR actions. I fully participate in the Procivis nouvelle aquitaine CSR steering committee and in the Procivis network (training courses, CSR club, etc.).

- Identification and analysis of social and environmental risks in our suppliers' factories- Implementation of assessment processes through social and environmental audit campaigns- Use and animation of the ICS (Initiative for Compliance and Sustainability) framework- Analysis of audit reports and monitoring of the implementation of corrective action plans in coordination with: suppliers, factories, purchase departement, quality department...- Contribution to the carbon footprint analysis of Cdiscount (in 2019 with an external firm, in 2020 and 2021 internally): data collection, updating of emission factors in the Ademe database...- Active monitoring of regulatory evolutions: CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive), RDUE (European Union Deforestation Regulation), AGEC law (Anti Waste and Circular Economy)...- Update of internal documents (Suppliers manual)- Writing of FAQs for our Marketplace sellers. Based on regulatory changes, they aim to inform and support them and allow a safe and positive experience for customers of the marketplace Cdiscount (Examples: organic products, products Made in France, recyclable ...)

- Managing the team (6 to 8 people)- Be the link between the supply, purchasing and logistics departments- Follow and manage the activity reports
