- In 2021, I led a team to develop an Alteryx based solution to use in our reporting QA process. Implementation of this tool resulted in earlier detection of issues preventing rework and reducing the potential of human error. - In 2022, we developed a second Alteryx based solution to further increase efficiency in our processes. We saw total decrease of 4.8% in human hours (approx. 2,500) while increasing productivity. ACA Services Manager.
