Current- In 2021, I led a team to develop an Alteryx based solution to use in our reporting QA process. Implementation of this tool resulted in earlier detection of issues preventing rework and reducing the potential of human error. - In 2022, we developed a second Alteryx based solution to further increase efficiency in our processes. We saw total decrease of 4.8% in human hours (approx. 2,500) while increasing productivity. ACA Services Manager. Our team coordinates with clients and their vendors to receive accurate data integrated from multiple systems for ACA reporting. These reports are used for ACA determination to help guide clients in properly offering their employees benefits as well as providing audit documentation. We also play a vital role in the creation, printing and submission to the IRS of the employee 1095-C forms and the client's 1094-C form. Our goal is to help clients mitigate risk and avoid financial penalties.
