I lead the weekly live site reviews, along with the related RCA’s, and presented monthly business reviews to the service owners. When I took over this project, there was no live site tracking of issues and metrics, when I handed off this project we were delivering successfully against solid SLA’s around live site service engineering, along with issue management tracking.
