I am currently the Operations Manager at Molen Services Inc and responsible for working with our management teams, clients, and field personnel to provide solutions for work placement, site needs and training. We have teams working across the North America on various renewable installations in wind, solar, and storage solutions. We provide resources for Managing, Commissioning, Technical Field Advisors, Customer representatives, and various other scopes related to new installations and maintenance.

I worked as the commissioning manager for the installation of new wind turbine installations, primarily for SiemensGamesa products in the USA. The role required managing upwards of 50 technicians on location in order to complete the final commissioning phase of the projects and turn over the completed towers to our customers for production. In addition I was responsible for maintaining records for job costing, parts procurement, tracking of non-conformities, technical analysis for root cause analysis, and safety and training or technicians on site.

I worked as a traveling technician specializing in commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of various wind turbine platforms. I have experience on numerous platforms. ie. Siemens 2.3mw, 2.62mw, 3.0mw, 3.2mw. Vestas V100, V110. Acciona 1.5mw. GE 1.5mw, 1.6mw. DeWind 8.2, 9.2. Gamesa G8x, G9x. Mitsubishi's 1000a.

I worked as a Traveling Large Correctives technician working on various turbine platforms across the US. I operated a Liftra Self Hoisting Crane to replace and repair uptower components. I performed major component change outs on GE 1.5 & 1.6, Siemens 2.3, Vestas V82, Mistubishi 1.0 towers. Through our services group I have troubleshot, serviced and maintained wind turbines for E.on Energy Services. We performed balance of plant services, end of warranty inspections, gearbox inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance. We were one of the largest owner operators of turbines in the world.

As a Traveling Field service operations technician for Siemens Windpower, specializing in Heavy Lift operations. I traveled internationally performing large component changeouts with a focus in electrical components and project completion for Siemens Direct Drive 3.0 towers. Tasked with continually monitoring and improving personal human performance and to provide excellent service to our customers. I also participate in the development of new/improved field procedures and best practices.

I worked as a traveling technician working on Vestas Turbines. I was tasked with assisting in the construction, commissioning, repair/replacement and service of wind turbine generators. I played a key role in ensuring quality, safety and customer service on site for Vestas.

As a traveling field service technician I serviced Acciona, Gamesa, and DeWind wind turbines across the country. My experience on these machines involved commissioning, troubleshooting, O&M support, inspections, small correctives, large correctives, on-call support, and various other related tasks. I worked closely with DeWind's German engineers to improve their current design platform. I routinely created work instructions, performed detailed inspections, and provided thorough feedback in the form of reports and communications for the customer. I was responsible for the training of several dozen Global Energy Services technicians as well as many customer technicians in their new hire training. Each of which, I trained in safe work practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance and documentation.

As a field technician, I worked directly with customers to provide quick and efficient multimedia solutions for small businesses and residential applications. Services that included installing home theater, surround sound, cable television or satellite television, home networking and troubleshooting of all services.

As a self-employed owner of a telecommunications company; I serviced, installed and repaired business telephone and data equipment. I was responsible for the daily planning and operations, financial documentation, ad campaigns, sales, and service contracts. Rock Communications Ltd contracted for other service providers such as Multimedia Installation Services, Dan's Telco, Comm-Works USA. I also represented customer contracts such as Wal-Mart, Kmart, Lowes Home Improvement, Home Depot, Hilton Hotels, FedEx, Delphi Automotive world headquarters, and Pella Windows world headquarters.

As a account executive I actively sought out new clientele, helped design, build and manage their telecommunication networks. I also created proposals and engineering solutions to suit the application. I focused primarily on putting together contracts for line services and sales orders for equipment; while building one on one relationships with customers.

While working in the field; I learned the skills necessary for telecommunications sales, service and repair of telephone and network equipment. I provided services which included low voltage cabling, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation for small to medium sized local businesses.
