Helped to maintain a fast food restaurant with a focus on customer service, quality food, and speed. Organized shift setup for personnel placement, with a focus on peak times. Encouraged everyone to do their best and helped set up a training program to delegate trainers to help new people and roll-out new items to everyone in the restaurant.While the company moved into department rolls, I was in-charge of customer service. Two shift managers worked with me to set goals we wanted to meet, and how we would meet them. Most came down to keeping cleanliness a top priority.I was designated as the Operations Technology Person level 3 for the organization. I maintained the Corning, Painted Post, & Bath locations. As OTP3, I had one OTP2 in each store location and under them, each shift manager was a OTP1. We held classes to get the managers to level 1 so they could do basic troubleshooting before calling for help up the chain.Between regular shift duties and training work, I helped design and procure the equipment used to rebuild our Corning and Bath stores.
