As the President & CEO of the Chamber I was the face of the business community in the Anderson area and throughout the region. I was tasked with rejuvenating an organization that was struggling financially and didn't have an identity. Through my leadership the chamber developed a respected brand and reputation as one of the most vibrant and forward thinking chambers in the area.I was responsible for managing all aspects of Chamber including: - Management of the yearly budget- Develop and execute strategic plan for Chamber - Grow organizational revenue via membership and sponsorship sales- Manage day to day operations and human resources duties - Develop and manage technology/social media- Oversee event management of 40+ events throughout the year - Create content for social media accounts and ads for local newspaper.

I am the Tournament Director of the Boomer Esiason Sporting Clays Pro-Am. A charity event held yearly at the Elk Creek Hunt Club in Owenton, KY. Two great days of shooting guns, raising money and having fun. To date we have raised over $4.5 million dollars to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis.

Oversaw all tasks regarding the operational management of the Career Fair Division within the company. Created new protocols and streamlined existing processes to maximize efficiencies within the department. Our efforts lead to direct employment opportunities for over 500 military veterans transitioning back from active duty. 🇺🇸

Responsible for managing the print advertising for 200+ corporate accounts per month. Made recommendations to particular accounts that maximized their marketing dollars. Oversaw the entire ad development process including making the sale, ordering the ad, proofing the spec, confirming the correct release date and following up to ensure the customer’s revenue was retained.

Founder of a small business that created new charity events and ran existing events for non-profit organizations. C.E.M.’s responsibilities included recruiting new participants and sponsors for events, retaining past participants and sponsors, marketing for the event, collection of all payments and working with the staff at the venue to coordinate arrivals of participants along with all the event-day activities. Organized and managed various types of events, including: golf tournaments, poker tournaments and sporting clay shoots. Managed events for the Boomer Esiason Foundation in conjunction with Cincinnati Bell, raising more than $4,700,000 for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Developed management and leadership skills in multiple sales and management positions within the company. Created and analyzed monthly sales reports. Called on corporate clients with whom I developed long term relationships resulting in a very loyal customer base and tremendous referral volume. Constantly surpassed sales goals and earned numerous sales awards and recognition.
