Used superior relationship-building skills to develop network of internal and external partnerships, resulting in mutually beneficial, revenue-generating special events.Planned and executed multiple scalable events and task-based sessions each month, for enabling more than 80,000 adult language learners to apply their English skills in realistic, engaging situations.Developed professional, market-differentiating capacity-building course material for use nationwide.Accomplishments:• Originated position in city, cooperating with management to establish standards, best practices, and training for subsequent hires, enabling expansion of department from offering fewer than 5 events per week to more than 40. In addition to becoming a core part of the EF curriculum, we cooperated with sales and marketing departments to attract new revenue streams.• Created and presented training on optimizing intercultural & interpersonal communication to approximately 50 attendees (of 6 different nationalities) for South China regional teachers’/trainers’ conference. Subsequently invited to conduct same training for regional and national management team in Shanghai (2016).• Created two series of seminars in collaboration with national management on effective negotiation and brainstorming. These seminars were chosen for use nationwide (2012).• Created more than 600 unique events, for use with 80,000+ adult learners nationwide.• EF needed consistent national standards for real-life, task-based training events. Created prototypes to meet these company goals. EF then adopted these prototypes as the basis for a still-growing online database of hundreds of events (2015).• Initiated cooperation between EF and Yue Shan 100 (local NGO serving the homeless), collecting hundreds of items of clothing and blankets, and distributing them, along with water, food, and supplies to homeless of Guangzhou, following needs assessments (2016-2017).
