Responsible for selection, purchase and roll out of Point Of Sale Devices, Back Of Store/Corporate Systems, and EIS for the retail and restaurant divisions. Responsible for Chicago Office Operations (LAN, PCs, PBXs). Managed a staff and outsourced service vendors to provide technical support to the office and over 70 stores.

Developed Client/Server document imaging system for the Department Of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission to scan, OCR store and retrieve Mission-Critical documents concerning nuclear safety.

Developed executive dashboard tools for PCG's 'Paperless Management' system, using C and C++. Developed macro language compiler and run-time engine used in all programs at PCG (written in C using YACC and LEX). Wrote a 'dynamic rules' based insurance claim routing system for a joint venture with GTE Healthcare Systems
