ON SITE CONTRACT ENGINEER for Ford Motor Company Advance Chassis Engineering Department. SUSPENSION DESIGN AND PACKAGE for new vehicles developed based on cycle plan requirements and product definition. Suspension hardpoint geometry and kinematics were established and modified production vehicles were built to prove out the concepts. FEA ANALYSIS USING HYPERMESH AND NASTRAN was used to optimize component designs and determine the modal response of the components.
