My responsibilities and duties for this job include:- Appropriately apply Best Practices to new or existing parts that will ensure manufacturability & profitability while meeting customers timing & requirements.- Adequately and efficiently developed proposals and or design studies for internal or external presentation for sales or Product Engineer.- Schedule and conduct design reviews with members of the L&L Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Tooling, and Purchasing Departments and the component supplier.- Engineered a new product MiP “Mix in Place” Patent #US20070042066A1- Successfully completed Catia V5 training books for 14Engineers (Typical Tools For The Engineer).- Provided training on Catia V5 design methodology to internal designers and engineers.- Assisted PD Engineer for German OEM's during development activities internally, in the US, as well as in Europe.- Supported Structural Development for BMW E53 program in Munich.- Coordinated and Implemented global CAD filing structure with LLPEU and local Design Leader.- Key contact for CAD & LLPNA Global Best Practices. Representing and supporting these activities onsite and in France.- Have developed and utilize appropriate communication communication skills with well established contacts in various global L&L locations.

My responsibilities and duties for this job included: - The verification and validation of product design (assisted PD Engineer).- The testing of experimental and production materials (assisted PD Engineer).- Actively influenced the design and successful development of new or improved products by contributing ideas obtained from study, observation or past experiences.- Obtained the required testing criteria and perform test in accordance to the assigned customer specifications.
