Developing machine learning models for online consumer lending.

TA'd for Calculus I, II and III, Applied Probability & Statistics, College Algebra, Differential Equations, and Linear Algebra, and acted as sole instructor for College Algebra and Differential Equations. Explained theory, worked through examples, fielded questions, and graded student work for 40-80 undergraduate students per semester. Received consistently strong student evaluations, as well as a departmental teaching award.

Developed area reduction schemes to produce compact routes, identified computational bottlenecks in existing algorithms, and implemented the corresponding changes.

Created a class for middle school students, using LEGO Mindstorms and Seaperch ROV kits to introduce robotics. Taught basic programming, showed them how to solder, and arranged a field trip to my university's swimming pool to test out the Seaperch ROVs.
