Drove sales and assisted Reps in implementing Cengage Learning’s Digital Solutions and services throughout seven states. Collaborated with District Managers, Digital Solutions Coordinators, Service and Training Consultants, and Sales Reps to develop and execute strategies to increase sales, activation, and retention of digital solutions and worked post-sale training (where applicable) with customers to ensure account stability, growth and loyalty. Worked closely with Editorial and Marketing to provide product development feedback and other input from customers to constantly improve digital resources.
