Information Technology Support Analyst
CurrentI am responsible for providing a range of IT services. My primary responsibilities include:- Troubleshooting and supporting software applications, as well as various hardware and software configurations, and performing appropriate testing and diagnostics.- Managing user accounts with database management systems such as Microsoft 365 Admin, Okta/MIO, and Google Workspace.- Responding promptly and courteously to telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests for technical support from internal business partners. This includes explaining technical issues to non-technical individuals.- Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, and escalating issues to other support teams when necessary for resolution.- Documenting incidents and problems, along with the troubleshooting steps taken and any comments, in a ticket management system.- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapting to frequent changes, while being available to work a flexible schedule.- Ensuring that all incidents and their resolutions are recorded in a ticket management system.
