Began working at CloudVisit in a sales and support capacity in 2016 for the company’s telemedicine platform. Was promoted to oversee the completion of a struggling video conference project. Was able to ultimately complete the project successfully through the use of detailed written and verbal communication between team members, customers and end users. Continues to Lead a team of 10 for the development of an advanced and dedicated video conferencing software for a major communication company. The software is used globally for remote inspection with more than 50,000 end users. Working as a Art Director and Marketing Consultant on a freelance basis. Meeting with clients to discuss business goals and provide assistance creating marketing material in both web and print based formats.

My primary responsibilities at Studio 3x3 includes retouching photographs of home textile merchandise for use in advertisements and product packaging. Some of the packaging is sold in retailers including Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohl's, JC Penney, Walmart and Macy's to name just a few. I also spend time behind the camera shooting advertisement and packaging photography and setting up studio lighting solutions. In addition, I build and maintain the company website. I also maintain an archive of past projects and organize current jobs for billing purposes. Finally I spend time taining junior staff, freelancers and interns in the post-production department.

My principal duties at Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty include creating quality graphic design in an array of media for both web and print production. My work is used in both local and national publications. I design logos, web banners, and color correct or retouch photographs and illustrations for use in layouts for websites, brochures, direct mail, flyers and signage that promote our client’s property along with our own corporate branding as well as internal and external training.My responsibilities also include writing, editing and fine-tuning copy for the company’s various marketing campaigns and advertising material.I negotiate with outside vendors such as photographers and printers in order to produce a variety of collateral utilizing multiple production techniques in order to stay within a project’s established budget. My past experience and understanding of print production helps to ensure that I make the most cost effective decisions in initial design and the final mass-production of marketing collateral.I truly enjoy overseeing adherence to existing Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate branding standards. I also make recommendations regarding best practices when utilizing the brand in different marketing campaigns.Finally, I was instrumental in implementing Rand Realty’s identity change from their Prudential franchise agreement to a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise agreement in the spring of 2009.

While employed at One Source Printing and Graphics, I met with clients and advised them on the creation of quality designs for printed material. Meanwhile, back at the office, I supervised and trained the Junior Art Director. I also created logos, postcards, business cards, posters, brochures, menus, proposal material, Point of Purchase (POP) material, event tickets, vehicle wraps, billboards and displays for special events. The designs I created were used for both business to business marketing campaigns and business to consumer campaigns. My work was used by a long list of big name companies, including MTV, Kellogg’s, T.G.I. Friday’s, and Google to name just a few. Finally, I was responsible for preparing the final approved design files for optimal output utilizing a variety of production methods and materials.

I wrote, photographed and designed for three publications while employed at this company. They included the North Buffalo Rocket, The West Side Times and The Civil War Courier. I also had the added responsibility of selling Advertising for the Civil War Courier.
