Management Consultant playing Project and Program Manager roles for large business and Information Technology (IT) engagements, primarily in the Energy / Utilities Sector. Engagements included building a Business Continuity organization, operating model, Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), building an internal process improvement and Lean consulting work groups. Managed implementation of large enterprise applications including billing, Fish and Wildlife Program Administration, Contracts Management, Workflow Automation and FERC Data Aggregation and Reporting. Projects typically had budgets of >$5M and project teams of 10+ members with significant technical and organizational change management components.

Played various roles on engagements primarily in the Public Sector. Public Pension Administration engagements with OPERS and CalPERS ($400M+), Public Health engagements with Washington State DoH and engagements with Washington Employment Security Department (ESD). Typically responsible for working with clients to understand opportunities and document requirements and business cases. Also played Project Manager and Quality Assurance (QA) lead roles for multiple engagements.

Managed strategic suppliers to Tektronix circuit board and final assembly lines. Primary accountability included strategic sourcing projects, supplier consolidation, Just in Time (JIT) line-side supplier integration programs, sourcing for new product introduction, and supplier quality management.
