I am a lawyer concentrating in estate and trust litigation, including probate contests, estate discovery and turnover proceedings, fiduciary accounting proceedings, and all other types of litigation involving an estate or a trust. I am the current Chairperson of the Practice and Ethics Committee of the New York State Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Law Section, and a former Chairperson of the Section's Estate Litigation Committee. I have authored many articles on trusts and estate law (see my firm's website). I have an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating and was included on the New York Metro Super Lawyers list (Estate & Trust Litigation), 2014.I am also a Vice President, and member of the Board of Directors, of The Safe Center Long Island, located in Bethpage, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Networking Elite, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the growth and development of Long Island’s business executives under the age of 40.
