Actively involved in the implementation and expansion of outreach and education programs. Played a key role in programs involving teachers, children, and the public. Accomplishments include: • Manage statewide water quality volunteer monitoring program, recruit and train volunteers, and perform water testing.• Used state standards to assist in the development of an expanded pilot program for citizen monitoring and E.
