The customer had extremely complex business processes and Navision had been highly customized to account for those processes. Eric stepped in and had to get up to speed quickly to try to assist the customer with ongoing support issues as well as implementations for two additional divisions. The customer was already frustrated by the turnover, but Eric was able to lessen those concerns by providing value very quickly. He worked very well with the other consultants on the project and accepted assignments enthusiastically. Eric's background allowed him to work well with both the customer as well as developers to assist with design and testing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Eric and think he would be an asset for any employer.", "Eric is an outstanding resource and employee in the business development arena.
