Noc Supervisor
CurrentResponsibilities:Supervise the NOC team.Work with the Sr. Consultants on process improvement and research/implementation of new tools/software to increase productivity and give greater visibility into client environments both onsite and in Azure.Develop dashboards and reports for internal daily use and for direct delivery to clients.Maintain an on-call rotation of 20+ in 3 physical locations.Work with other teams in the company on developing new service offerings.Train both clients and internal users on all tools related to our support suite.Assist in troubleshooting of Level 3 support issues.Projects:Implelented BrightGauge as a BI system including multiple Dashboards for daily use and reporting for tracking internal metrics and for client delivery.Implemented VMware Operations Manager and designed custom dashboards for display in the Network Operations Center.Migrated from a Dell Sonicwall GMS UMA appliance to a more robust, full server version of GMS for client firewall management.Designed, built and deployed an HP C7000 Blade Chassis with vFabric Virtual networking modules connected to a 7000 series, direct fiber-connected 3Par San.Migrated RMM system from Kaseya to Labtech for management of hosted and non hosted client infrastructures.Implemented monitoring and automated maintenance tasks within LabtechDeveloped automated maintenance scripts within LabtechTrained staff and administrators on the use/management of Labtech.Tested and implemented onsite and offsite backup solutions for VMware clusters.
