CurrentAfter many years of working on Electric Utility Fleet vehicles and equipment and learning all the ins and outs of Fleet Maintenance and Management, I am now responsible for providing support to 16 Technicians who work on 850+ pieces of Electric Utility Fleet vehicles and equipment, utilizing 500+ stock items and ordering demand/specialty parts daily. I maintain a safe work environment and I am inclusive in all that I do. Diversity and Inclusion are very important to me personally, as I have a large and diverse family. I mentor new employees on how the Duke EAM system works and how to best utilize the Fleet Maintenance Mobile App. I also mentor them on all aspects of Fleet Maintenance when they have trouble-shooting questions. I am looking for the right opportunity to utilize all of my experience, training and education to manage all aspects of a fleet - creating a work environment that's diverse, inclusive and safe, vehicle spec'ing & purchasing, Technician development, cost containment through vendor contracts, best practices and driver/operator training.
