Very familiar with BlueSpring, Nintex, and K2.

-Collaborative Portal Empowerment: Launch and maintain collaborative project initiatives using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 to create central repository for business intelligence, allow users to centrally collaborate , automate workflows and allow vendor/customers/ personnel interaction.-Support company’s marketing department’s projects through consulting, application development and graphic art in order to eliminate the need for additional marketing employees.-ETL Experience by migrating enormous amounts of data to an ASP (Application Service Provider) for the engineering lifecycle. This data came from our internal ERP, was massaged and checked, then finally loaded to the ASP (Arena). This processed helped saved several man hours and therefore dollars by created a turnkey solution for engineering.-Expand upon company's financial reporting and business processes making it easier and more efficient for executives to see how the company was performing.-Achieve rapid user adoption of new systems by establishing a training program for users utilizing classroom, documentation and video approaches.-Accelerate reporting and forms development by leveraging SQL Server Analysis Services and SharePoint Form Services thereby increasing programmer productivity.

Within a 3 year period, I was promoted from Machinist to Quality Inspector to Quality Engineer. Responsible for all quality aspects related to vendor subcontracted processes regarding our product. -Team Problem Solving leader /Auditor: Non-conformance and Inspections Coordinator-Process engineering, APQP, PPAP, CAR, SPC, statistical analysis and inspections-Extensive QS-9000, ISO 90001 and TS knowledge and its application to the real world-Extensive LEAN initiatives
