Every day, I come to work with the core purpose of supporting those around me in pursuit of the never ending goal of perpetual growth. I look past titles and responsibilities and see an individual person with all their strengths and flaws. As a learning and development professional who has spent a decade delivering performance-based curriculum, I have come to believe that we are all an amalgamation of experiences and skills that each bring something unique to the table. While working with multicultural and diverse business leaders, I found that the attitude of an individual is far more significant than any metric that might appear on a performance review. I have been priviledged to work with talented individuals in improving skillsets, driving change, and even coach at the C-level.
