I founded my real estate team on the premise that we can truly change the way real estate happens in the Boston area. Our team capitalizes on technology, helping our buyers find their home faster and employing what has been referred to as "the modern mousetrap" for finding buyers and tenants for our listings. My team focuses on on our ability to relate with clients and provide an accurate assessment of their situation as well as prospective scenarios to purchasing, selling, or leasing a home. We pride ourselves on our authentic local experience which leads to authentic, global results.

I established Roots as my friends, family, and former clients began to reach out to me in regards to residential sales and purchases. Previously Structured Properties, which I began in 2008 running a model focused primarily on serving investor clients. When I started Roots I became responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm, including marketing and branding, customer relationship management, accounting, as well as working with my own clients. Often, you would find me consulting current and prospective clients on marketing their properties or to assess and meet their needs during the day, and focusing on the business side of the company in the evening or on weekends. Establishing and maintaining Roots helped me embody those qualities I still possess, that of a self-starter and entrepreneur with exceptional drive and a strong desire to give my best to my clients.

While in graduate school at Northeastern University, I worked at Bay State College managing a 60-bed residence hall in an urban setting while directly supervising 4 staff members and indirectly supervising an additional 8. During this time, I planned and facilitated training and education for the full RA staff of 12 for both the fall and spring semesters as well as in-service training monthly. I also managed the conduct system for the resident students of the college, enhancing the system and transitioning the conduct process from a paper-based to a technology-based system.

Structured Properties focused primarily on serving investor clients, allowing me to intertwine my real estate experience with my academic background in finance and business. While working under the Structured brand, I marketed, managed, and enhanced investment property portfolios for both domestic and international investors, helping them achieve financial goals while protecting their investments.

Managed social media campaign for alcohol prevention events. Counseled students on how to reduce negative consequences of alcohol use using brief motivational interviewing techniques as part of the Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students (BASICS) Program. Assisted in Alcohol Screening Days. Collaborated with the BC Women's Resource Center during CARE Week, providing passive programming related to the correlation between alcohol and sexual assault. Established a faculty and staff Alcohol Resource Guide, disseminating information as to how these entities assist in conducting early interventions and referrals in regards to substance abuse.
