Led professional services engineering team to architect, develop, and implement custom, integrated web application solutions for partners. Initiated development of an API. As a side project, personally developed MS-SQL scripts and stored procedures for database backend, which positioned the company to provide a stand-alone product in addition to its traditional hosted offering.
