I'm a coach, facilitator, mentor and business consultant, with a specialty focus on Leadership Development, Executive and Business Coaching, Cross Cultural Communication and Diversity & Inclusion.Since 2008, I've been empowering C-suite executives and teams, in Hong Kong, China, and throughout the Asia Pacific region, through bespoke coaching and training sessions. I've delivered programmes ranging from developing executive presence to mastering strategic storytelling, enhancing cross-cultural communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, building trusted relationships, and persuading and motivating teams and peers. My goal is to make my clients more effective communicators, and to help them elevate their executive presence and leadership skills.
