About Eric (Rick) Block

I am a Senior Trial Lawyer at Morgan and Morgan since January, 2018, and before that for almost 30 years, I had my own law practice focusing on personal injury trials.For decades, I made my living trying my own cases as well as cases for other attorneys as lead trial counsel, and currently have a trial record of approximately 250 wins vs. 15 losses in over 30 years of practice.I am proud to have accomplished over 100 excess verdicts, meaning verdicts of greater amounts than the insurance policies at issue, and have obtained approximately $100 million in jury verdicts for my injured clients when there was much less than that amount available in insurance coverage.We have collected virtually 100% of our verdicts, and feel free to contact me with any questions in that regard.
