Court Admissions: U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, 1995.Eric is very active with the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) (formerly Maryland Trial Lawyers Association) and serves on the Board of Governors (2005-present) and was a former member of the Executive Committee. Eric was also a Past President (2021-2022) of the MAJ. Eric was a former member of the MAJ Education & Programs Committee. Eric is also serving as a member of the MAJ Legislative Committee. As a member of the Legislative Committee, Eric has testified before various committees in the Maryland General Assembly. Eric is a frequent lecturer for the MAJ. He is also a frequent writer for the MAJ Trial Reporter, is a member of the Trial Reporter Committee and Trial Reporter Editorial Board.Honors: AV Preeminent Rating in Martindale-Hubbell; Selected to the 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010 lists of Maryland Super Lawyers in Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine in the area of Personal Injury Plaintiff: General.
