I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio before I decided to head south and attend The University of Cincinnati where I graduated in 2020 from The Carl H. Lindner College of Business with a degree in Marketing. I was always jealous of anyone who knew exactly what they wanted to do after college. For me, my focus was graduating with a business degree and then seeing what life had in store for me. And like most people I know in this industry, I never thought I'd end up working in Insurance. Now I'm over four years in and enjoying every minute of it. I've spent the past 3 years specializing in data analytics; working with companies sized anywhere from 50 employees to over 1,000 while helping them oversee their monthly financial reporting, identifying plan cost drivers, and monitoring utilization trends to provide data-driven strategic recommendations. Taking the knowledge I have gained from working in analytics, I have now pivoted to a new role as an Client Executive/Employee Benefits Advisor where I work with companies to manage their group benefits plan, find effective and creative ways to control and lower costs, and focus on providing the best member experience for their employees. My greatest strengths are positivity and discipline - always bringing the right energy to any situation while also bringing a high level of organization, order, and stability to the projects or groups in which I work.
