City and Southwest Metro Project, Systems Connect Line-wide WorksPortion 3 and 4 - 1500V DC traction commissioning* Test and commission 24-pulse Rectifiers, Secheron DC circuit breakers, Voltage Limiting Device.* Oversee a team of electricians to facilitate commissioning across multiple traction substations.* Plan resources (both people and test equipment), develop and execute weekly and monthly program.* Report on the progress using trackers and update relevant progress on P6.* Troubleshoot failed equipment and/or tests, carry out repairs or modifications to meet design criteria.* Train permit office, operations team and subcontractors on DC equipment operation.* Procure components, parts and consumables required as part of installation and T&C.* Manufacture custom test equipment to perform secondary injection tests on 1500V DC circuit breakers.* Create testing pro forma (ITC, ITP, SAT Procedures) based on AS, manufacturer and project specifications.* Publish lessons-learned (ie. how-to guide) installation methodology to standardise the installation.* Mark up drawings of all changes and follow through predefined design change processes.* Simulate and generate IEC 61850 signals on Secheron DC equipment to verify SCADA (PCS) functions.* Work with Independent Certifiers to ensure pro forma are certified (pre- and post-commissioning)
