During 2016-2017 I was elected to Head of Social Affairs at TLTH, a position of trust that is a full time job at Teknologkåren. One of eleven elected officials to lead the Student Union at LTH with 8000 members. The responsibility of Head of Social Affairs (SA) is the well-being and work environment for all of the students at the Faculty of Engineering, Lund University. On a day-to-day level the Head of Social Affairs leads 60 active students through three colleges and work full time with matters of internationalisation, equal treatment and safe work environment. The colleges are:- The International College- The Equality College- The Student Safety CollegeA lot of time is also devoted to educational advocacy as the Head of Social Affairs is a member of the Education Executive Group. The Head of Social Affairs is member of:- LTH Management group for gender equality, equal rights and diversity.- LTH Central health & safety committee.- LTH Libraries board.- LTH International council.
