Delta Fabrication is an AISC certified fabricator and erector. Our areas of focus are steel erection, mechanical equipment and process piping installation. We have over 200,000 square feet of fabrication space and will have additional capacity online in the 4th quarter of 2024. We provide new construction and maintenance services anywhere in the continental United States and currently serve the steel manufacturing, wood processing, electric cable manufacturing, and power generation industries.

Responsible for department maintaining all mobile equipment at a 24/7, 365 day a year mine site. Building and maintaining budget, developing staff to be cross-functional in roles both laterally and vertically. Promote a safe work environment while being efficient and thorough enough on projects to minimize rework on equipment. Managing our site assets and building a replacement schedule to reduce maintenance costs in out years. We are always looking at ways to improve our business, whether through refining our processes or better technology, continuous improvement is one of our main goals.

Oversee preventive maintenance process and all repairs to light equipment at the mine. Plan, schedule, and manage the budget for light equipment department. MSHA surface certified/methane oxygen deficiency, MSHA impoundment inspector instructor.

We are a highway/paving contractor in Texas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas. Worked on projects from preconstruction all the way through completion. Handled project manager duties on assigned projects; such as, change orders, subcontractor contracts, equipment and material coordination, RFI's, utility relocation, and any project meetings with TxDOT. Proficient is using Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software.

Managed contract documents with owners, wrote subcontractor contracts and change orders. Coordinated with superintendent to monitor schedules and maintain budget. Handled RFI's with architects and engineers. Worked on a diverse mix of projects from ground-up, retail, restaurant, interior finish out, medical office. Worked with our preconstruction group on the front end of the project getting contractor bids and putting together proposals.
