Steered Demandforce Connect for Facebook through alpha, beta, soft launch, and full release stages to Demandforce's existing customer base. Strategized with Executives to implement social media strategies, both for Demandforce employees and small businesses nationwide, through online webinars and presentations. Conducted price-sensitivity surveys to develop cost-benefit analyses and determine final price point to allow Demandforce Connect for Facebook to add to Demandforce's bottom line. Troubleshot and supported the implementation and use of Demandforce Connect for Facebook so small businesses can grow their online reputation. Storyboarded and filmed short Whiteboard videos to educate small businesses on the importance of social media and maintaining their online reputation.
