Manager, Video Operations
Managed team of 11-18 Advanced Video Engineers of all grades (I-IV) in their day-to-day duties as outlined above, monitored and assisted in resolution of high priority issues as needed (oftentimes requiring quick, sound, judgments while under great pressure), worked with upper management to keep them appraised of status of said higher priority issues, coordinated team efforts with other managers to speed up resolution of issues wherever possible, provided postmortem reports on long-running issues (again, in an effort to reduce resolution time), met with upper management often in order to discuss and implement new procedures and policies as well as document such, prioritized, organized, and simultaneously managed several projects and initiatives, as well as provided coaching, guidance, mentoring, and motivation whenever necessary.
