Managed the design, installation and implementation of IP based security camera system. Developed inventory control and data collection procedures that improved inventory accuracy from a low of 78% to the required 98; performed variance analysis, created reports, and assisted with budget planning. Developed new inventory procedures and trained personnel for roll out of new inventory process adopted as company-wide standard. Entered accounting data, developed and maintained reports, assisted in the development of new procedures with upcoming production software roll out. Served as member of Great Idea Committee; chair of Safety Committee and primary contact for sanitation and maintenance purchasing, including issuing, tracking and receiving of purchase orders.
