Implement and manage enterprise level clients from demonstration to deployment. The enterprise clients consist of almost 50% of company revenue. Work with many different groups to implement the solution including the client's management team and end users, cellular carriers, Actsoft's sales reps, internal support and development. Together we ensure the customers’ needs are met at the highest level. This normally includes implementation, configuration, training and long term support.Deliver data integration by implementing shared databases; integrating data shared across legacy, new development builds, and purchased package environments; developing system modification specifications; mapping data; establishing interfaces; developing and modifying functions, programs, routines, and stored procedures to export, transform, and load data. Perform in depth bug testing and reporting. Prototype and test future product development. Bring on new accounts and assist them in getting all of the solution implemented including software and hardware installation and configuration.
