I lead the development and expansion of CEBA's Global Programs portfolio, which includes:• The Clean Energy Procurement Academy, a best in class training program on clean energy procurement that provides supply chain companies with the knowledge, tools, and resources to undertake or accelerate their own decarbonization and lower Scope 3 emissions of CEBA members. • Global Markets & Policy portfolio, which comprises our joint Secretariat with the US Department of State on the Clean Energy Demand Initiative (CEDI), as well as partnership with the semiconductor industry's Energy Collaborative (SEMI EC) to drive policy and market reforms that accelerate clean energy investment, development, deployment, and procurement in priority countries in the Asia-Pacific region.• GHG Accounting and Standards, to ensure that voluntary carbon markets drive clean energy investment, deployment, and procurement

Oversee global portfolio, encompassing climate change mitigation projects and programs on six continents. Managed USAID-funded global development program that included projects in climate change mitigation, food security, and institutional development in several countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Previously managed managed multiple projects in the Republic of Yemen financed by several donors, including the US Trade and Development Agency, World Bank, and USAID. Managed energy use surveys and economic analysis for projects in Southern Sudan, Uganda, India, and Bolivia. Co-authored a definitive technical guide on the approach, methodology, and implementation of energy use and consumer willingness to pay surveys in developing countries.Led global business and program development initiatives—from identification of key opportunities to market entry strategies, scoping missions, negotiation of teaming and partnership agreements, development of technical and financial proposals, and relationship management with US government agencies, multilateral and bilateral donors, and private companies.

Led multi-disciplinary project teams for liquefied natural gas, pipeline, and independent power plant development, divestiture, and financing in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Africa. Managed several junior staff in project economic analysis, national and regional market assessments, contract and regulatory analysis, commodity price forecasting, and related project due diligence on a daily basis. Marketed and sold services to energy developers, financial institutions, and industrials by developing proposals, presentations, and related qualifications materials.
