Demonstrate the ability to proactively identify client needs related to fitness trends and integrate with internal client partners. Manage onsite and virtual fitness program, team members, and strategy focusing on driving total membership, utilization, member engagement, and retention. Analyze member data and feedback to determine new program features, content, and strategy.-Manage exceptional partner relationships with key Fortune 500 employer stakeholders (Executives, HR, Benefits, Benefits Consultants) focusing on client feedback and retention.-Lead Premise Health’s digital fitness product offering.-Manage implementation and ongoing success of product life cycle pre and post transaction.-Operations lead for fitness and wellness technology partnerships.-Analyze data and outcomes; develop process improvements to meet client, user, and program needs.-Articulate strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service, and product offerings, to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.-Prioritize, escalate and own customer issues as needed.-Own client/site meetings, ABR/QBR presentations to support strategic initiatives and goals.-Coordinate and productively facilitate communication across client sites and effectively navigate through multilayer client relationships (vendors, consultants, etc).-Work cross functionally with internal teams, including product, communications, legal, procurement, IT, HR, and finance.-Build and develop relationship with account stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met resulting in a high NPS.-Manage growth and development of 10 full-time team members.
