Dr.‌ ‌Merideth‌ ‌Erickson‌‌ has over 20 years of executive leadership experience. She has been with Premise Health since July 2022 in a dedicated operations leadership role supporting 12 Health Centers nationally; supporting site specific operations, account projects and client strategy meetings. Prior to joining Premise, she worked in the nonprofit sector, serving in Executive Director and CEO roles until she made the transition into the corporate sector to become the Director of the largest residential IDD facility in the state of Texas. She earned a‌ ‌Bachelor's‌ ‌Degree‌ ‌in‌ ‌Psychology‌, ‌Master's‌ ‌Degree‌ ‌in‌ ‌Business Management, and her Ph.D.‌ ‌in‌ ‌Policy‌ ‌and‌ ‌Public‌ ‌Administration.‌ ‌She‌ ‌has‌ ‌certifications‌ ‌in‌ ‌Nonprofit‌ ‌Leadership‌ ‌and‌ ‌Management,‌ ‌Grant‌ ‌Writing,‌ Emotional Intelligence, ‌Mental‌ ‌Health‌ ‌First‌ ‌Aid,‌ and ‌Youth Mental Health First Aid.
