Current▪ Crafting comprehensive space planning concepts and strategies tailored to project requirements.▪ Developing program documents for projects of varying scales, encompassing time management tools and project-log platforms across all construction phases. Utilizing a blend of manual sketching and computational design tools, including drafting and detailing drawings in AutoCAD.▪ Playing a pivotal role in the entire design process, maintaining seamless communication and coordination within the team while consistently meeting client expectations.▪ Streamlining document filing for DOB sign-off, meticulously reviewing filing forms, and orchestrating submissions among owners, design teams, subcontractors, project expeditors, and other involved parties.▪ Collaborating with diverse vendors, furniture dealers, product representatives, fabricators, and consultants, including subcontractor outreach, to achieve overarching project objectives.▪ Methodically tracking, reviewing, and processing submittals while ensuring timely updates to contract documents.▪ Overseeing inventory management, invoicing, billing, RFP document preparation, and subcontractor proposal leveling essential for bidding and filing.▪ Managing coordination efforts for finish plans, specifications, and material selections crucial for the construction of applied systems, interior design, and decorating.▪ Conducting extensive field visits to monitor schedules and assess work quality, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.▪ Providing clear and timely reporting of potential issues and delivering accurate project status updates, facilitating prompt problem resolution.▪ Taking charge of interior design teams, providing strategic direction for design and delivering compelling final presentations.
