Serving the community and team of the Allard Center YMCA, the flagship branch of The Granite YMCA, through great programming and community events for the families of Goffstown and Greater Manchester.

Oversees the Avid4 Adventure Overnight Camp programs, managing two different sites and the full-time staff teams behind them. Responsible for program design, development, operational efficiency, training design and execution, partnership relations, expansion prospects, overnight program marketing and branding, and all aspects of the Overnight Camp operation to set our teams and organization up for success.

Chief executive responsible for the organization's health and success, managing both a full-time and seasonal team of staff, and reporting to an independent Board of Directors on the state of the organization and the initiatives underway to ensure Bauercrest’s progress into the future. My responsibilities included strategic planning, public relations, fundraising and development, budget creation and management, marketing and recruitment, program development and refinement, staff training and evaluation, the daily operation of the summer program, community building with families, and Board proposals, reports and evaluations.

Responsible for operations, budget, recruitment, marketing and staff supervision of three camps serving over 900 campers ages 5-16: o North Woods YMCA Overnight Camp for Boys (130 campers/session) o Pleasant Valley YMCA Overnight Camp for Girls (140 campers/session) o Laughing Loon Day Camp (35 campers/session)

Administrator for on-site after school program, teen programming, and three summer camp programs.
