I am an experienced Applications Programmer Analyst II with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry at Florida Gulf Coast University. I primarily work in the Student support area and provide technical support to end users as well as departments across campus. My skills include relational databases in Oracle and SQL Server, writing queries in SQL, analyzing and programming in PL/SQL and Java, and experience with web technologies including HTML, XML, and scripting and style sheets. I am also skillful in working and supporting ERP systems such as Ellucian Banner.I have the ability to analyze both simple and complex problems and then help provide a solution to the issue in both an individual and team setting. My strengths include providing excellent written and verbal communication by helping end users and departments with recommendations and decisions based on their initial request. My qualifications include working under deadlines, as well as both leading and providing support during smaller and larger projects with departments.
